Very great disappointment regarding my stay at the Mövenpick Tanger. After having stayed at several hotels, this one was by far my worst experience. For an establishment advertised as a 5-star, the quality of the services is far from being up to par and resembles more that of a 3-star. The furniture in the room was very damaged and our refrigerator was not working. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very disappointing: no entertainment, not even background music to create a pleasant atmosphere. On the other hand, we had to endure construction work during our two-week stay… Work that could certainly have been done before the tourist season to respect the comfort of the guests. The jacuzzi was also in a worrying state of disrepair, with orange stains that looked like rust, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Another very disappointing point: the prices charged. A simple plastic bottle of water charged at €8 when it costs about €0.50 outside is excessive. Especially since we were prohibited from bringing our own drinks or food from outside, which gives an impression of a lack of consideration for the guests. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel. The experience did not meet the expectations one might have of a 5-star establishment.

We just enjoyed a short stay at this establishment. First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Faissal as well as the director of accommodations for their warm welcome and extreme kindness throughout our stay. The establishment fully met our expectations, being clean and welcoming. A place we will be eager to return to with (Mr. Faissal will understand) a little visit to the ambassador's suite 😊. Thank you again for this moment.

It has been a long time since I last visited this hotel; it is still just as beautiful, the rooms have been refreshed, and we were upgraded. Everything was pleasant, from the welcome to the valet service, the restaurant, and the extraordinary breakfast buffet, which was very well stocked with fresh juice, impeccable service, and a magnificent view of the beautiful pool. Honestly, we feel good at Moevenpick Tanger, and I will return with great pleasure. Do not listen to the naysayers who say it is bad and poorly maintained; it is a very beautiful and relaxing place.
