⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely recommended – deserves more than 5 stars! We are a married couple at the Hotel Royal Tulip in CityTanger and booked a double room. From the beginning, we were pleasantly surprised. Honestly, we did not expect such a good stay – but this hotel significantly exceeded our expectations. Our room is very clean, well-maintained, and very well-equipped. The cleaning staff cleans thoroughly every day and takes care of the room very attentively. That surprised us particularly positively. We were greeted very kindly and warmly right at the reception. The entire staff – starting from the reception, through the kitchen and the waiters, to the cleaning staff and the security team – is extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. Whenever we had questions about where we could go in Tangier or what we could do, we were always given good information. A taxi was also ordered for us without any problems at any time. The staff even explained exactly to the taxi driver where we wanted to go. Whenever we had questions, everyone really tried to help us. Everything is also very clean and tidy at breakfast and the buffet. The waiters make sure that used dishes are cleared away quickly and the table is cleaned immediately. The food is plentiful and absolutely sufficient for a hotel of this size. We would especially like to highlight Said, the chef, who prepares fresh eggs and omelets in the morning. His omelets with various herbs are truly excellent! Said deserves special praise for this. 👏 The staff members who prepare the fresh bread also do their job very well. You can tell that quality and cleanliness are valued here. A very special compliment also goes to the hotel manager, Aziz, personally. He truly takes care of his guests, regularly asks if everything is okay, and if there is anything he can do. What we particularly liked: He is not above doing anything. If something is needed at the table, he sometimes even brings it personally. He does not seem arrogant at all, but is very friendly and always strives to ensure that guests feel comfortable. You can tell that his guests are truly important to him. The pool area is also very clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of lounge chairs and towels are provided free of charge. We find it especially pleasant that lounge chairs are not unnecessarily reserved with towels here. This way, you actually have the opportunity to find an available spot. ❤️ Our conclusion We are really totally positively surprised by this hotel. For us, the Royal Tulip hotel is not just worth five stars – for our stay, it would even be ten stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a married couple, we can absolutely recommend the hotel and would come back anytime. I would like to take a moment to thank Adnane, Mouad and Khadija, the wonderful team at the swimming pool. Their service throughout our stay has been absolutely impeccable. They are always so friendly, attentive and happy to help, and they greet everyone with such warm smiles. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and helped make our holiday even more special, relaxing and enjoyable.
