The hotel, for being 5 stars, should pay attention to details like the cracks in the toilet of room 4012, reinforce the windows because when there is wind, it lets in noise, and replace the roasted coffee with a better organic option suitable for hospitality. Everything else was great: spacious room, comfortable bathroom, although it lacks facilities like a shower cap, comb, shoe cleaner, etc. The breakfast was very good, except for the coffee and the lack of lactose-free or plant-based milk like coconut milk. The staff was very friendly, and the pool was great with access to the beach area.

This hotel does not deserve 5 stars. I have stayed in many 3-star hotels that were significantly better than Mogador Sea View. I am someone who almost never leaves negative reviews, but in this case I feel obligated to do so. We are absolutely disappointed. The staff is incompetent, the hotel is poorly maintained, and almost everything that can go wrong seems to be wrong. My suite has bleach stains all over the carpet. Basic amenities such as soap and toiletries were missing. After more than three calls to the reception, I had to wait over an hour for an iron. I also had to practically beg for a room service menu, something that should already be available in every room, and again I waited about an hour to receive it. The pool towels are dirty, curtains are torn, and the rooms have an unpleasant smell. Not even the hotel’s main entrance door is in proper condition. Everywhere you look, things are broken, damaged, or poorly patched together. The staff is neither professional nor solution-oriented. Instead of resolving problems, they simply leave guests waiting and frustrated. As for the buffet, I would rather not even start talking about it. I will be filing a complaint through Booking and will do my best to obtain a refund for this stay. I still have several days left at this hotel, and it has completely ruined my vacation experience. I am honestly at the end of my patience. There are many more issues that I have not even mentioned in this review. I will be sharing my experience on all major review platforms so that other travelers can make an informed decision before booking this hotel. This has taught me that seeing “5 stars” on Booking does not necessarily mean you will receive a 5-star experience.
