Hotel Al Hoceima Bay

Very bad service, I asked for the remote control, the person spoke to me inappropriately and did not send anyone to bring me the remote control as they promised.

My experience at the hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The towels were dirty and were only put down again, without being really clean. The room was not cleaned, there was no toilet paper available And staff not friendly.

A WiFi connection that does not work, a dirty bathroom, a room without mini-bar in the middle of August... At first, the receptionist assured us that a technician would install one. But once the payment was made, he finally acknowledged that no mini-bar was available. Such an experience is unacceptable: I will never set foot in it again and I will share my experience with my family and friends.
