Great venue but service is pathetic. Food is pathetic. No containment of flies or Armoured bush crickets. They are everywhere, rooms, dining room, walkways, chairs, everywhere!!!! Very very basic...

In general, the place is beautiful. Enjoyed all the spaces, especially the boma area. The highlight was the Rhino’s.

The towels need to be replaced as well as the bedding. The showers need to be cleaned The food menu need to be upgraded and more options to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful
