Heritage Home Hotel and Guest House

TripAdvisor gets negative marks. Not worth spending money. No service,room amiance is so so, no hot water, breakfast on sixth floor. No loft. For water, tea etc u need to climb up to 6 th floor. No proper response. Without phone. U have to keep doing up and down for small things

I've spent 10 days in this hotel. The room was clean and daily checked, the staff was friendly and arranging. In the middle of Thamel, close to supermarkets and restaurants and the road passing by the hotel got renewed when i was there! So it should be 'dust free' around.

Booked the first night at usd18 for couple room via booking as don't know is good or not good. I stayed just a nights. The room was so dirty and pillow case,blanket,bad sheet were so dirty and smell so bad. There was many cockroach in room. We couldnt sleep all night and we couldnt have showet after long voyage because of bathroom was so dirty and disguasting.
