Nice location in Kathmandu looks so nice inside too old inside smelly very old Bathrobe sink toilet bath tops very old not clean looks 75 years old. Happy 75 birthday hotel. Anyway thank you for making VIP members to me. I feel so bad experience in this hotel understand team members frustration, and I appreciate you all genuine staffs who are working hard I'm truly sorry for that my experience at The Malla Hotel did not meet my expectations. I understand how disappointing it must be, especially considering how frequently I stay in this hotels and the standards guests expect.Hotel looks very beautiful out not inside not inside. Probably this my last trip in this hotel.

We had the immense privilege of living at Hotel Malla with my young son for almost two years, and I can honestly say that this place became much more than a hotel for us. It became our home in Kathmandu. From the very beginning, we were welcomed with kindness, warmth, and genuine care. Moving to a new country with a small child can be challenging, but the team at Hotel Malla made us feel safe, supported, and looked after every single day. Over time, the staff became like family to us. They went far beyond their normal duties, always showing patience, attention, flexibility, and affection — especially toward my son, who grew up surrounded by their smiles and kindness. What makes Hotel Malla so special is the combination of excellent facilities and truly exceptional people. The garden is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained — a rare oasis in the heart of Kathmandu. The pool was one of our favorite places, and we created so many happy memories there. The rooms and common areas are comfortable and welcoming, and the whole property has a calm and elegant atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The food was also consistently excellent. Whether for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a special request for my son, the team was always attentive and accommodating. The quality and variety were very good, and we always felt that our needs were understood with care. After two years, leaving Hotel Malla feels like leaving family. We feel truly blessed and extremely grateful for everything the team has done for us. They gave us not only a place to stay, but a sense of belonging, comfort, and community during an important chapter of our lives. Thank you, Hotel Malla, for taking such good care of us, for loving my son, and for making Kathmandu feel like home. We will carry these memories in our hearts forever and would warmly recommend Hotel Malla to anyone visiting or staying long-term in Kathmandu.
