Avila Beach Hotel

Excellent hotel with great service and very helpful staff! Stayed in an Oceanfront Blues room that was clean, peaceful, very nice decor, and great ocean view. The private beach was wonderful. The vibe is relaxed and people are friendly. It is a very diverse population with Papiamentu, English, Spanish, and Dutch all spoken. We met tourists from all over the world too. Curacao was in the FIFA 2026 World Cup for the first time in their history during our stay, so when the games were on, the island basically shutdown and we watched the games with everyone else. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day, and there are very good restaurants on-site and nearby (Rozendaels was our favorite and easy walking distance). Guidebooks are accurate, but not everything made sense till we actually got to Curacao and experienced it. There is ample car parking at the hotel and we rented a car (plan on getting lost from the airport to the hotel). We were able to travel up the coast to the more remote beaches, which are wonderful. Curacao is wonderful, and the hotel reflects it.

There are nice hotels, and there are hotels that make a difference, and Avila Beach Hotel is an unforgettable experience. I had the opportunity to stay and collaborate here as a muralist, which allowed me to experience the hotel from all perspectives. I was impressed by the human quality of the entire team, the respect for art, nature, and the history that this place preserves. The private beaches, tropical gardens, gastronomy, and the peace that permeates make you want to stay longer than planned. It is a hotel with soul, where every detail is designed for you to disconnect and enjoy the essence of Curaçao. An experience I will remember with great affection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing place and would highly recommend! Rooms have everything you need, staff are really friendly and helpful. Food is lovely! The private beaches are so nice. Lots of parking on site and very close to the centre. If I ever return, I wouldn’t think twice about booking this hotel again.
