Beaumont

We stayed for one night in the Loft at Hotel Beaumont and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, beautifully designed and very comfortable. We especially loved the combination of the historic wooden beams with the modern interior, giving the loft a unique and luxurious atmosphere. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a beautiful freestanding bathtub and plenty of space. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Maastricht's city centre while still being situated in the charming and quieter Wyck district. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was an excellent à la carte selection with high-quality products, delicious coffee and fresh fruit juice. Everything was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Last but certainly not least, the staff were welcoming, professional and genuinely friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, Hotel Beaumont exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a stylish boutique hotel with spacious rooms, outstanding breakfast and excellent service, this is definitely the place to stay in Maastricht. We would happily return!

My friend and I stayed at Hotel Beaumont for three nights while attending the F1 Belgian Grand Prix. While the property itself is nice, our experience was severely spoiled by how the front desk staff treated us. The highlight of our stay was definitely the morning breakfast team. Every day, they recognized us, welcomed us warmly, and asked how our day was going. We really appreciated their friendly, genuine service. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was the complete opposite. Since we were attending a race weekend, we were dressed in casual F1 sportswear, whereas most other guests dressed quite formally. We felt looked down upon from the start, but things came to a head on our final night. After driving over an hour back from Spa in heavy event traffic, we arrived around 8:00 PM feeling exhausted. As we walked to the elevator, front desk staff stopped us and questioned us aggressively. They asked if we were actually staying there, demanded our room number and last name, and made us stand there waiting while they double-checked their system. We were not asking for fancy or over-the-top treatment, just basic courtesy. Being profiled and made to feel like trespassers in a hotel where we paid to stay for three nights was incredibly embarrassing and frustrating. It is a shame that such a fantastic breakfast team is let down by front desk staff who judge guests by what they wear.

Excellent hotel, location very good, close to the centre of the city but in a quiet place, walking distance to all important places. Service was very good and personel were very helpful.
