Best Western Premier Art Hotel Eindhoven

Very well located, nice rooms and excellent breakfast. Now we had a room in the old wing and there is no air conditioning, with these temperatures this is a miss, but we reported this to the reception and a fan was immediately delivered. Friendly reception at the reception. The location of the hotel is ideal, right on the shops and 5 min walk from restaurants and terraces.

I don't think the price-quality ratio is okay in this case. We paid almost €200 with 2 people 1 night including breakfast. I personally find the rooms very dark and gloomy. We had room 330. Well it was 40 degrees outside so probably the curtains are closed preventively to keep the sun out. But even then everything is dark colored. The elevator was also broken. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor. But some people were on the 9th and had to go up the emergency stairs with 40 degrees and their luggage. Bloody hot out there and seriously not doable. Sad that that can't be fixed right away. Breakfast is good.

The location of the hotel is perfect, but the services of the hotel are not of excellent quality, especially the cleaning and room make-up. In 10 days of staying at the hotel, my room was made up only 3 times.
