APPLE INN

On the pictures it looked like a nice and cozy city hotel, with an atmospheric bar.... no idea who took those pictures or when, because unfortunately it doesn't compare to the pictures. Very dated hotel: paint peeling everywhere, carpet in stairwell full of stains. Room is terrible. Upon entering it was already clear that there was not cleaned properly, on the chair were hairs, mold in the shower ventilation grille where dust threads hang from. The room on the 2nd floor is completely crooked, but well you can throw that on the charm of an old hotel. heating can not be turned off, in the middle of July! Power button of TV does not work, by pressing other buttons of remote control, TV comes on, but then can not get off, have to control via timer. Also buttons on the side do not work, while searching for buttons on TV also looked on top, I should not have done. I really don't necessarily need luxury, but I think a clean room is a requirement. Definitely not worth the money.

This was a huge, expensive disappointment. There was No breakfast for our duration. The workers there could not have been ruder, especially the men behind the check-in desk. It was very evident, Americans were not welcomed. We paid $600. for 2 nights and there was no AC, and the spiral steps were difficult to maneuver. Please go elsewhere.

Lovely hotel with a small bar on the ground floor. Very steep stairs so beware before booking. The room was clean and had all necessities especially the plentiful towels! The room had no air conditioning but supplied a fan in the room for us. Overall a good experience and definitely reasonably priced!!
