Armada Hotel

This hotel is absolutely the bottom of the run. Smashed windows in room canal view couldn’t at all happen. Used sex items under the bed. Blood splatters in the bathroom. To didn’t work. Staff and email responses when I asked for a room move was absolutely disgusting. The staff even said we can only apologise about the state of the place and they say “it is far from acceptable “. But the owners do nothing. Air con didn’t work right the to didn’t work at all. And the staff said the owners are not going to sort it out. Please find somewhere else and save your stress and money.

I am writing an opinion today mainly to demonstrate that not everyone has the same priorities when it comes to the services offered in hotels. After booking the Hotel Armada , I looked at the reviews and thought I had booked the worst hotel in ALL AMSTERDAM! And surprise , when we arrived, at the reception a very nice gentleman , very polite , same for his colleagues .,, the room , admittedly a little small , but nice , clean . A little refresh of the paintings will give it a more modern side but it is by no means the hotel of horror described in some comments! Being very maniacal myself I had planned my own bath towels but no need to make a big deal of it! Good value for money.

My experience was awful, I booked this hotel for 3 nights we got there the first night and there was hair/stains all over the bed and mattress it was disgusting where we had to check out after the first night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn’t let my dog sleep there, staff where rude and was not help full at all!!!
