I wanted to send on my sincere thanks to your wonderful staff. My husband and I stayed with you over the weekend. Your staff were so kind and helpful and supportive. We arrived early and left our luggage in the luggage room. The gentleman we met was so kind and helpful. His sunny disposition was so pleasant after a busy travel night. We were leaving on Tuesday afternoon and again were getting our luggage from the luggage room. We needed to do some organising. Reception was busy. I became stressed and we gathered our tuff and went outside to try to organise our bags. We had just left our son who is studying in UVA and I was upset. Your wonderful front of staff came out offered us a space to organise our bags. His kindness was so appreciated. His kind words to me were beautiful and so understanding. It meant so much that he cared. Our daughter had stayed with you in early January during the bad weather and she also met this wonderful kindness. Our room was perfect and very comfortable also.

We really enjoyed our stay an The Bank Hotel in Amsterdam. The location was perfect. A short walk from everything, but enough out of the way that is was very quiet. Our room was clean, comfortable and a good size for a city hotel. It is a very charming hotel, in the Amsterdam style, but with all the modern amenties. Hotels in in Amsterdam are very expesive, but this was reasonable for the location, class and condition ofthe hotel. The staff was freindly and helpful and the hotel cat, Lady was 5 stars for being welcoming and cute.

We stayed 4 nights in the junior suite at a rate comparable to standard rooms elsewhere. This gave us a comfy seating area with fridge, sofa and armchair, as well as very comfortable twin beds, a wardrobe, and a large bathrooon with good sized shower, bath and underfloor heating. The room was very clean and serviced well daily. Breakfast was a super spread with pastries, cheese and meats, great fresh bread, yoghurt and cereals, with good coffee and juices. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Location was excellent - very central and easy to walk or use public transport, and plenty of bars and restaurants right outside. An ideal spot for a short stay in Amsterdam.
