This place was perfect for us. The location is in a lovely neighbourhood with quick access to transport links and tourist attractions. The room itself is perfect for couples, large and clean with perfect cooking amenities for a 3-day stay! Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in an apartment with Cityden for a quiet stay and couldn’t recommend more. The location is great - situated in a quiet residential area but only 5 mins walk from Museum Square. The appartements are clean and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Checkin wasn’t seamless (we were asked to give a 20min heads up which we did, yet we had to wait outside for the person to arrive - there is no way to access the building without staff present and no self checkin option). We had no soap or hand wash and the dispensers in shower were all empty. This is especially frustrating during COVID, and to not be able to wash hands after traveling is not pleasant. I raised this as soon as we arrived but no effort was made to rectify it. Some furniture needs an upgrade for example the nightstands and kitchen knives were very cheap. Small details go a long way - both clocks in the apartment did not work, refuse bags were completely the wrong size for the bin provided. Overall not bad but expected a bit more for the price.
