Really never book here!!! We have booked a room for a concert. Unfortunately, my daughter unexpectedly got sick stomach flu the morning on the day we were supposed to come here. Because I have already paid 120 euros via booking.com without cancellation insurance had booked a week earlier with them. This is force majeure and now you also have to pay 108 euros cancellation costs on top of the 120 that was already paid. And a rude receptionist if you call early in the morning at 9:00. Totally no understanding or thinking along with the customer for a solution so you can pay 108 euros on top of 120 euros if you cannot use the room due to illness. Find it really outrageous!! 228 euros lost now and the service is worthless. I will NEVER book here again!!
