Attention Fraudsters!! My stay has been rebooked without my knowledge and I am paying for the costs and my booked stay which has yet to take place is gone and already paid for. Hotel is very difficult to reach and if I get someone on the line, only English is spoken.

I went on business and despite some confusion on the booking confirmation not received, Libertad at the reception really helped. She tried her best to keep me comfortable and had a room ready earlier than the promised time! This was very important to me as I was fatigued and needed to be at an event the same day.
