Great location very clean and tidy the staff are friendly and helpful

Modern, clean hotel. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a canal facing room on arrival which we made the most of every day. The room was on the smaller side but still deceptively spacious, very clean. The hotel is central to so much and despite being in the red light district, it was very peaceful and we felt very safe exploring especially at night. Our only issue was the unfriendly and rude staff on reception,with the exception of the lovely lady who checked us in, particularly the male staff on in the evenings.
