Very disappointing experience. My girlfriend and I paid more than €400 for two nights, but were given a tiny room without air conditioning, fridge or fan, while there was just an exceptional heatwave. At 1am it was still 31°C in the room.
Beforehand we had asked if we could move our stay because of the extreme heat. The hotel referred us to Booking.com, but then refused Booking's request to change the dates. It made us feel sent from the cabinet to the wall.
Upon arrival, no solution appeared to be available. Only after insisting did the receptionist find another fan, but that made little difference. We finally checked out after one night because sleeping in the room was virtually impossible. Booking.com tried to arrange a compensation afterwards, but the hotel refused.
For this price we expect more comfort and better customer service. We therefore do not recommend this hotel.
