Terrible, filthy, never been to a hotel so filthy. I went there on New Year’s Eve with my boyfriend, as soon as I entered the room it was tidy of course, but it was very dirty, the sheets had not been changed, there was a hair on it and a stain, you could clearly see that they had already been used. We had to put a towel on it and sleep uncomfortable trying not to touch the sheets. That's gross. I couldn’t wait to really go away. We told the reception the next morning and they assured us that they would clean and change the sheets for the same evening, we spend the day out, and in the evening we return that the bed had not yet been changed. We head back to reception, there was a different one and it literally fell from the clouds, and it tells us the same thing. Only the last night we had clean sheets. Madness really, it is the hotel of the joke, we paid 700 euros for 3 nights, I do not say I have room service, but a minimum of hygiene is a must. You have to close, and if you love yourself do not book in this hotel, the management does not give a damn about making customers feel good

Horrific experience Stay with friends room price for 4 (220€), on arrival 1 towel for 4, 0 rolls of toilet paper... this is just the beginning! Dust escaping from the bed when we lay down. A foul smell at the entrance to the room, a bathroom door totally demolished, mold in the windows, ceiling, carpeting infected with dirt and dubious substances. An exterior used as a public dump! Bottles of guests from before below the bed. BEDBUGS, stains on the sheets and the nail of the male semen show in the shower 🤮🤮 The hotel is aware and has not offered anything as a solution. It is unacceptable to offer such services to tourists. In France the establishment would not exist and would already be closed for unhealthy! The only positive point the lady at the blossom hotel reception (because yes the reception is in another hotel) was nice!
