The receptionist is very friendly, the employee Sansi is very polite, I love this place, thank you for the attention I received

You couldn't pay me to stay here again. The rooms are really noisy, you can't sleep here at all. they charged more than the advertised city tax upon check in, the room advertised tea/coffee facilities but the facilities are a kettle with no cups and no tea/coffee. To go and ask for a cup I had to go across the road to the ITC hotel to be told I could take a paper cup from the coffee machine they have in the foyer. I went to ask if they had an alternative room as I've had no sleep in the room I'm currently in(and again, have been overcharged for) and they told me that I would need to pay a cleaning fee even though the current room is simply not fit for purpose. I'll be raising a formal complaint upon departure and looking for an alternative hotel to stay at tomorrow.

Very clean very comfy beds. Really good price. Perfect location everything is a 10 min walk and we absolutely loved it. The people were super friendly.
