Campanile Zwolle

Night booked in hotel, unfortunately medical problem. This hotel does not offer any consultation. Collecting money for nothing is better for them. The whole chain will be equally worthless everywhere. Profit for humanity. What a k.....company. Never book, there is plenty of choice there in the area !!

Campanile Zwolle is being renovated and they forgot to report this to the potential customers. The website reports nothing about remodeling during the stay, the lack of the restaurant, a normal entrance, the regular breakfast (bad coffee, dirty sandwiches in an unsociable side room under renovation). The emergency exit is used as an entrance/exit so that everyone can walk in and out of the hotel day and night. Only the hotel rooms themselves are still reasonably furnished except that TV and wifi do not work because of the renovation (but it will be very nice - they say with every complaint) and the temperature (scorching hot) in the room cannot be adjusted.

I payed 82 euros for one night stay. Perfect room and unfortunately no restaurant due to construction activities. I arrived with my electric car and charged it at the hotel. The next day I had to pay almost FOURTY euro’s for parking (7,50) and charging costs (over 30 euros). I do understand hotels want to make an extra income over charging cars but almost paying half the price I payed for the room I find disrespectful!!!!!
