Ibis Leiden Centre

The hotel is situated right opposite the train station and a walking distance to most attractions. The room, as with other Ibis hotels, is very compact but most of the needed amenities are there. Although it's situated in a busy area, the room we stayed was quiet. We very much appreciate the reception staff who helped us store our food in their fridge as there is no fridge in our room.

IBIS Leiden City Centre is perhaps one of the best IBIS hotels in the network. I'm an ACCOR Gold member, and I have found rooms at this property to be bigger, cleaner, and better maintained than a typical IBIS or even an IBIS Styles hotel. Top notch staff: Hanae and Robert greeted and assisted me at check-in with sincere hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism that rival a 5 star hotel. They addressed me by name, recognized my elite status, offered me something to drink (I was quite thirsty after a long, delayed flight), and ensured that I had everything I needed for my 4 nt stay (e.g, extra pillows). Housekeeping has kept the guest room clean and well supplied with amenities. Location: across the street from Leiden Centraal and next to grocery stores; a block from the main street where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The location is great. It's very close to the train station, and many buses serve the station too. The hotel was clean and functional. We'd had a very early flight, and were able to check in quite some time before the scheduled check-in time at no extra charge, which was very much appreciated. The room was functional, similar to every other Ibis I have stayed in, which is a lot! I would consider staying here again.
