Stayed at this hotel for a long time. A fine room clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. A good breakfast.

Hotel wants to be more like van der Valk, but more like Center Parcs. Key and otherwise don't pay too many questions.

Valentine’s package booked from 13/02 to 15/02 on photos looked decoration in the room this was the reason for my booking to have a decorated room. So on arrival lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful everything was well explained and clearly we entered the room nothing of decorations I was tired so tried to sleep but due to the sound of the heating the difficult continuous popping noise so went back to the reception to ask if we could possibly in another room but this could not be because there was no free and lady at the reception asked me if everything was okay with the Valentine's package and I told her that there was nothing for Valentine and she started to excuse her and she said that next day so Saturday 14/02 another room was going to be provided and there was going to be decoration. So I agreed next day in the morning I went to the reception at Mrs. D. And started telling my story that there is a lot of noise and we slept without heating in the cold.. and the room was also not decorated on arrival. And then she said that the hotel did not know that they are participating in Valentine's package and they do not decorate and that she was going to look for another room and I said that it was on the website and have read from other people that it was also so have this clearly added when booking that I expect everything as described on the website Mrs. D. Could not help me further after 2h we got another room I first went to see that the same problem with the heating so we have not changed the room and have slept 2 days in the cold.. so I paid 238€ for a Valentine package and without the Valentine package the hotel cost 188€ so 50€ more paid for nothing there was no feeling of Valentine in the hotel.. - Toilet seat was also broken in the room -Little hot water + breakfast was ok So
