GRAND CENTRAL

Bizarre how bad you get everything from the other rooms and outside. Not okay... very sorry about this. I get it is downtown but have never experienced this so much.

1st off the positives location is great, staff fantastic, bed was comfortable, but don’t come here if sleeping is on your agenda, wether it’s guests shouting in the hallways at all hours, slamming doors and playing music, or the people outside shouting and going, not to mention the 3am glass beer bottles being emptied, I managed about 4hrs broken sleep before taking the hit and going to another hotel, it’s a shame for the staff that it’s being let down by constant noise, whilst the rooms are dark and showing their age they are acceptable

Bad experience with booking.com Not accessible by phone, only via chat in English(Dutch hotel) Had accidentally reserved an incorrect date a month in advance but after several attempts to contact me I came to the conclusion that canceling was subject to some conditions. These are... Possibility 1:Moving the date, was refused every time by hotel after several attempts Possibility 2: effective cancellation of the reservation.. (catch) in case of cancellation a fee will be charged that was higher than what I paid for the room Those men had already received my money and then you have to pay extra for something to cancel a MONTH in advance!! So final score no flexibility no communication no customer service
