Port

I had a great stay at the room with jacuzzi. I wanted to have a good rest before I would continue my travelling. Room was clean and bed was very comfortabel. I enjoyed the jacuzzi with music and wine (I bought downstairs from reception, i was lucky, they don’t always have that available). I would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Port in the Suite. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the balcony view of the Euromast, waking up and enjoying that view was truly special. It added such a unique and memorable touch to the experience. The jacuzzi was also fantastic! It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the city. Having that extra comfort made the stay feel a bit more luxurious. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend Hotel Port to anyone visiting Rotterdam. I would happily stay here again!

Luxury double room. Booked for 1 night with Jacuzzi and breakfast ( 6-2-26 ) To just relax and unwind! But later,..I saw that the Jacuzzi was full of dirt,..filthier dirty long hair and more,...(and absolutely not mine ) Rancid,..and am so shocked!! Because I was in there,..and also cup under with my face:-( Went straight to reception, and showed them. She obviously shocks too. I haven't heard from the management of the hotel so far,..have passed on so much, again at check-out and reported, sent emails etc., but get no reply!!! I think that's really outrageous. That's not how you treat your guests. I have more than certainly tried to solve it together! That is still not solved at Hotel Port. But if you pay 162,50 euros for 1 night for 1 pers.,..it makes sense that you just feel cheated. And this amount, for a *** star Hotel in the Netherlands? And the rating for Hotel Port, 7 .7 (is given on average) I'll give Hotel Port a fat F.
