Bad experience with shuttle service; on our way there we had adjusted the time day before departure, unfortunately that was not adjusted by reception, the "old" time was still in the system. Waiting in the cold for half an hour on the way back; 2 people had been picked up by the van, but not the right one. Our flight number, but no name on their list, driver 2 unlisted people taken. After 3 calls the van finally came. When picking up exit ticket little understanding at ladies reception. Kindness can be much better, shame takes so little effort.

Solid hotel, nice staff. My room was a bit dated but still comfortable and well-maintained.

The stay was fine. The room was clean and the food and breakfast were tasty. Unfortunately I forgot my toiletry bag with shaver etc. on the bathroom of the hotel room. A day later I called, they indicated that I could send a PostNL shipping label to them via email, they would find the toiletry bag and send it back. So to speak, so done. After a week, I hadn't heard anything. Then I called again and was told she would find the toiletry bag the same day and send it back. It was also promised that I would get an email back. Another week later, I still haven't heard back. Called again and then I was told that the toiletry bag could not be found after much searching. That I have to chase it 3 times in a time period of 2 weeks and not once get informed from their side is really bad to me. And find it very strange this something that is left behind disappears without a trace. A bright blue toiletry bag with contents is not just overlooked...
