To be avoided. Dirty and old. Defective electricity. Stairs not up to code and very dangerous. 3 nights: on-site and no one cleaned the rooms in 3 days. No service. Shameful and worthless. Dirty and very unpleasant receptionist.

Very accommodating, excellent breakfast buffet, interesting architecture, good location.

Huge thanks for the warm welcome! The hotel is in a perfect location. The weather was boiling hot during our stay, so they incredibly upgraded us to a room with AC since it was available. We are so, so happy about this because the heat was intense. Thank you all once again! This is definitely where we will stay on our next visit to Rotterdam.
