15-16-17 July 2026 / room 507 I went with my husband to The Hague. He had to work and I went to see The Hague. I recommend this hotel because: * Smooth check-in 👍 * Super friendly receptionist (with blonde curls and pleasant voice) she arranged a room that was already cleaned. 👍 * Location vh hotel is great, because near Central Station DH and you walk right into the center. 👍 * Cheerful, neat and clean room 👍 * fine hand-hair-body shower gel in the bathroom👍 * nice breakfast in pleasant breakfast room👍

The service at the hotel is extremely poor. We were guests for four days and three nights. Our room was never cleaned despite the complaints made to the manager on duty. The cleaning service was always rushed in a hurry late at night after our complaint, in the late afternoon or evening upon our return to the hotel before dinner. Therefore, the bed and towels were never fresh and renewed. At the breakfast service, we were told that they could no longer prepare pancakes for us, and the buffet was never adequately restocked, even though we were well within breakfast hours. The room has only one light control for all areas. There are no day curtains. If you want privacy during the day, you have to keep the night curtains closed. A concierge service incapable of apologizing and giving adequate explanations. This, in a nutshell, is the service received for a room at over €330/day.

Fire alarm in the middle of the night - all guests on the street. No public updates at all. Staff limited to one man who was unable to turn the microphone off, The reason was given when asked in connection with check out. A smoking guest had set the firealarm off. A fine run through of the events but no apologies were given and no compensation offered. Not expecting full refund but Leonardo could have covered the breakfast as a minimum. Poor handling of the event.
