Absolute disaster. Four stars and prices like a luxury hotel – but guests with a dog are treated like second-class citizens. Breakfast only on the terrace, no cutlery, no service, but plenty of arrogance and unfriendliness. The hotel itself is also shockingly loveless and simply ugly. Anyone who offers so little hospitality for so much money has one star too many.

Unfortunately, no parking spaces, but that's okay. Main problem: absolutely unclean and unhygienic room. Unfortunately, there is nothing more to say to you. For €330 per night (including breakfast, plus €20 tourist tax), it is absolutely insane.

We stayed one night in this hotel because we spontaneously extended our stay in Scheveningen. The hotel has a modern impression, is in a great location, just a two-minute walk from the beach, public parking garages are nearby (the hotel also has its own underground garage), and the tram stop is only a few meters away. Each room has a balcony, and our room (Superior Room) was very spacious. However, the toilet and bathroom are separate. Unfortunately, there is nothing in the toilet except for the toilet itself, so one has to walk across the room after using the toilet to wash hands in the bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower, but it unfortunately cannot be avoided that the bathroom gets flooded, which is why the bottom of the bathroom door is already swelling. Regarding cleanliness, there is definitely room for improvement. Our room looked as if the cleaning staff had to leave suddenly halfway through. No trash can had a garbage bag, the "kitchenette" could also use a cleaning (coffee stains on the countertop and also on the floor), in the bathroom on the wall were stains next to makeup splatters that I could not identify, shower gel and shampoo were not refilled. There were several dog hairs on the bedspread. If I were allergic, I would appreciate a notice that the room is also rented to dog owners or the room cleaning must be carried out more thoroughly. The hotel itself is not bad, but it is a pity that it already has areas in need of renovation after a recent renovation and that cleanliness is lacking here and there.
