Hotel Den Haag-Voorburg

The service was very poor. The reception staff spoke only English. Room service was not available. There was only a fresh towel put down, that was it. Breakfast was bad. The rolls dry and old. Boiled eggs in a bowl, partly broken, so that the egg yolks stuck the remaining eggs, nobody cared about the staff, The dishes had to be cleaned off yourself. We have booked the hotel under different guidance several times. It wasn't that bad at the time and not that expensive!

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The hotel has a nice and quiet atmosphere, and it is easily accessible by bus and train. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. We were also pleasantly assisted by Shalysha upon arrival and during our stay. Negative: It is a pity that there are no longer coffee and tea facilities available in the room. Fortunately, these are available for free downstairs, which is a good alternative.

We booked this last minute and we were given a very spacious wheelchair friendly room. This room had a wet room rather than a shower and accommodated the needs for any wheelchair user. The bed was comfortable and not too firm. The pillows were absolutely fine. This room came with a coffee machine and pods but that was all there was no alternative drink offered i.e..tea. there was no milk or coffee cream available so it was black coffee or nothing. Otherwise the room was rather spacious and more than acceptable. We have to pay for parking. There is only free parking between 6:00 and 9:00 on the street. However the paid garage parking is very secure. It is located right off the seats the train station so great access into the city or Rotterdam.
