Unfortunately, I have already had a huge misfit in this hotel twice. Last time I was here, it was the middle of winter, it was freezing outside and the balcony door was open, bear cold in the room. It was undoable. I left then. However, the lady told me that when I had left the radiator had become warm. I am now back in the hotel and there are again some missteps present in the apartment. A window that can't be closed properly and had to be secured with a string (how primitive is that, and that for a 'renovated hotel?), I was still cold and wanted to tighten it, string broke off, it was just made of paper, so much too weak! Crammed a tea towel in there out of misery. A string above the bed, which is broken off, and normally you can turn off the lights from your bed, now you have to get up (isn't that bad, but sloppy), and press the light button. The window at the top of the bedroom also does not close completely. I turned the heating all the way up and turned the heating on the display of the cabinet on the wall all the way to 28 degrees and then it got warm here after 2 hours, yes you read that right 2 hours. Is that normal for your hotel!! I don't think so! Where I was always very satisfied with the apartments in this hotel, I am now extremely disappointed. And for a renovated hotel, I think the rating with an 8.7 is really wrong. And for the price, it's rather expensive too! For 3 nights around €500! A lick of paint and good windows will be the first thing I advise you to improve. Oh, yeah, and a freezer in the fridge full of ice cream, and a dirty, filthy orange chair. See photos
