Absolutely lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming and the place is very quiet. For our couple retreat we really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and beautiful. Close to the city.

stayed here MANY times as a solo traveler over the past 5 years and thought it was decent for what i paid and staff were kind and helpful, my last few stays/interactions with staff have really tainted that. had my most recent booking for february cancelled 3 weeks before my stay (was told my card wasn't valid, it was. was then told they over booked but the exact room i booked was still available, just for a higher price. we had booked MONTHS in advance) and was told to email the manager as they weren't available when i called, no response. on a prior visit front desk staff didn't return my credit card and when i called to sort it out i was told the same thing "email the manager, they're not here". ended up having to chase it up with multiple emails and in the end i had to cancel my card entirely. drains in bathrooms also absolutely reek. book elsewhere, this place is no longer worth it. they have lost a loyal customer.

Just dreadful. Room was filthy, smelled of sewage, appalling facilities, not even backpacker standard. We walked away from $900 and moved out in fear of our health. Do not book this slum
