Have stayed here numerous times and always found it friendly, clean with all you may need, and exceptionally convenient to the city center... totally recommend it. My average sleep quality review is due to other circumstances...mainly the bar down the road.

We spent five nights total at Adina Citylife Auckland for our New Zealand trip, and it was absolutely perfect for our family of four - my wife and I, and two of our three children, both teenagers. The two bedroom apartment style design worked well as a home-base for exploring the Auckland region and for day trips on the proximal north island. The front staff were very pleasant and helpful. Although there were no restaurants on site, they were able to direct us on local food delivery services as well as direct us to a local grocery store (Woolworths was a block over on Victoria Street). The apartment was clean with an excellent city view from the upper floors we stayed on, and very quiet. There was very little street noise from below, and no noise from surrounding suites. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to the Auckland region if we travel as a family again.

Reception team are outstanding, bed was most comfortable i have ever slept in. Only 2 gripes about the room: there was small blood spots on the bathroom floor!! The design of where the toilet roll holder is placed is ridiculous being behind the toilet on the wall!!! I am not a contortionist!! It is a NON SMOKING property but somebody on the floor below me had their balcony door open and they had a bad smokers cough and cigarette smoke wafted up into my window. Was NOT impressed by the CLEANER outside my room at 535AM rustling rubbish bags and emptying bottles loudly into rubbish AND they had a radio playing! The hotel cannot help or be responsible for the noise of carparks, drunks yelling in the night, and stupid boyracer cars out on the street. The fridge in our room needs servicing, it made a terrible shudder noise and was loud all night turning on and off. If I stay again, I will request a room away from the road.
