Kiwi Paka Rotorua

This place is NOT what it looks like in the pictures. The rooms are small, ours had four beds in it and should only really have two! The bathroom flooded and were not kept up for the amount of people sharing them. Too many people allowed in a small pool, the kitchen was dirty and dishes not washed. There are people who live there which is ok but maybe need to be monitored regularly as we were treated to arguing and drinking outside our rooms while children were running around unattended. The only plus to this place is that it is in a good spot and not far from town etc. It is NOT CHEAP for what you get its actually quite expensive! I would not stay there again.

The rooms are tiny, only slightly larger than the bed itself, but what more do you need? We certainly don't travel to spend time in our rooms. It's a little pricey given the size of the rooms but so is everything in this town. The location is excellent and the cleanliness and security were also great. The tiki bar was very nice.

This was the second time I've stayed at the motel and it was a better experience. The first time we had a double room which was too hot. This time the 3 person room did the job. The room had 3 single beds and a shower/ bathroom attached. The shared kitchen is great but the only thing it's missing is a freezer. The pool is awesome to use and was super hot when we were there. Would be great to use in winter.
