Wonderful bed and breakfast in Roturua!! Catherine was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are large and well appointed and the breakfast was amazing. Walking distance to town, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping/ sights. Quiet and great for sleeping. Parking right out front if you have a car. Highly recommend.

A beautiful guesthouse in a quiet residential area. Only 4 en suite guest rooms each with a separate luggage room. It really is a home from home, our hostess Catherine cooks amazing breakfast to order and has a wealth of local knowledge to help you decide how to spend your time. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous time here and Catherine was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean, and we had use of a TV room with Netflix. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Parking on site was easy. A short drive to downtown and near Maori village and thermal park, although far enough way to avoid the sulphur smell. Couldn't recommend this more.
