Mountain Chalet Motels

When we entered the room, the heating was not working and it was already cold. We went to complain, and they already knew about it. They told us to open the living room door and gave us a heater that did not work. We complained again, and they took it away, saying they would find us another one. Half an hour before the reception closed, we went to ask, and they had closed without giving us a response. In the bathroom, there was a sign warning to be careful as it was slippery when showering. There was nothing on the floor, just the showerhead, with no boundary for the water. It also had a heater that did not work, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. Honestly, I do not recommend this place; it is quite old.

Unacceptable behavior of staff.

This place is great! Friendly staff. Plenty of room, you don’t feel like you’re in a box! Quiet and relaxing! Thoroughly recommend!
