Unbelievably rude staff member on reception, who found it a challenge to check guests in, and answer basic questions such as what is in the packed lunch. The milk in our fridge had also already gone off when we checked in and this also caused her to rant and rage. It was so bad as to be funny. Rooms clean but very dated. Packed lunch very expensive for what was provided. Dinner service slow despite having pre-ordered on both nights, but food ok.

Remarkably good kitchen. But room was disappointment. Toilet flush made an extremely loud noise when refilling, woke everyone up. Could not be stopped. What a pitty for the fabulous location. Hope it will be fixed soon.

The worst. Staff routinely rude, especially the women behind the desk. Treated as though the visitors were an annoying inconvenience and that the hotel would run so much better without them. Don’t go if you don’t have to.
