Most comfortable bed with pillows of various softness. Pure wollen blanket for addition warmth. Location is walkable for business in town. Breakfast selection comprehensive, exactly what I needed. Basic dinner choices but well flavoured. Spacious room, i was able to spread my yoga mat. Most easy parking. Super friendly staff.

Our trip was arranged through a travel agent. We arrived to a car park full of road maintenance vehicles. At check in the guy on reception said he was moving us up because of the workers staying there. We went to our room, opened the balcony door, and two workmen from rooms either side of us were chatting across our balcony. And it was obvious the room was not the one that had been booked for us. We had been downgraded. We went back to reception and asked for a change of room. The guy on the desk begrudgingly gave us another room, he slammed the key down on the desk. The furniture in the room was very tired and well worn. There was no air con, we found a pair of ladies knickers under the drawer unit, and the snake detector had been covered over with a sheet of paper so that no smoke could be detected . Breakfast was ok, but there was no orange juice after the first morning as they had run out . No orange juice available for the next two mornings. There was a supermarket 200 metres away. This is not a three star hotel. It needs a lot of TLC to bring it up to that level. The windows are single glazed, therefore the rooms near the road a very noisy. The management team also need upgrading.

Basic rooms. The receptionist was rude and belittling. He should not be let anywhere near the front of the house. A real drama queen.
