Very comfortable this hotel for the location. Parking is an extra $40 per space for you to consider. Everything can be done walking from this place. That there's not much to do, but everything's on foot. I liked the bathroom burst that only lights up with button. I felt a little unsure why my room was at street level and people passing by like it can be very simple to skip.

We stayed at the Victoria Hotel in Dunedin for one night. The hotel is perfectly suitable for a short stay and the staff were very friendly. Our room, however, had a noticeable odor issue. The reception handled the situation well by providing an ozone treatment, which removed the smell. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed that the room needed to be aired out for at least an hour afterward—we had to look this up online ourselves. A small detail, but important to know.

Amazing service, understanding and availability during flight disruption and cancellation, my extended stay was greatly appreciated and being so central was perfect.
