Copthorne Hotel and Apartments

Nice accomm, friendly staff, comfortable and warm, good views, although be particular when booking if you want a certain view such as directly looking over the Remarkables, we expected that but got a nice view of the hills and could only see the Remarkables if we stood on the chairs on the balcony or leaned right over it. Was a little strange that the double bedroom had an ensuite with a shower & vanity but no toilet - there was another bathroom right next to the twin room but again no toilet - there was a separate toilet to be shared - and another on the lower level. Buffet breakfast was pretty good value for money. Decent walk to town centre, bit hilly walking back though. Check in and out was smooth

### ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay at the Copthorne Queenstown My husband and I had a really enjoyable stay at the Copthorne. Our room was clean, comfortable and well presented, and we were pleasantly surprised that it was serviced and made up daily. A special mention must go to **Ashlee and Sepia**, who went above and beyond during our stay. Their friendly, helpful and welcoming service really made a difference, and they are a real asset to the hotel. The hotel is also perfectly situated, with the centre of Queenstown only around a 10-minute walk away, making it an ideal location for exploring everything Queenstown has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and **look forward to returning next year!** 🥰🇳🇿

Very tired hotel. Everything is warn and at end of life. Room was always damp and every morning we got woken up with people in the gym and same at night. Breakfast is very limited items done poorly. Not many staff on. Over all was over priced. Wont return.
