Ask for rooms on higher levels especially 3rd or 4th. Reception will try to give you 1st or 2nd floor and will make excuse that all rooms are full. dont listen to them and be firm on what u r asking. You will enjoy level 4. So dont spoil your once in lifetime holiday. Their food is just ok but you dont have option so enjoy it. Carry some snacks with you as there is nothing nearby.

Very disappointed! Compare to those pictures that led us to book this place. The kitchen was not clean, the tea and coffee was poorly presented in a dirty coffee mug. We paid $1,400 for two nights. Very disappointed!

Fantastic view options, good service, great food and handy to bus into downtown Queenstown. Price range to suit all budgets. Inhouse gymn and in room services available. Love the robes in the rooms. Wifi available, competitive rates.
