Quality Inn on Ulster

I’d never been to this hotel before and someone else made the booking so I really didn’t know what to expect. I was only there for one night, but it was a particularly enjoyable experience. So many little details contributed, along with fantastic customer service. Some of the highlights were: - Comfy bed with good quality pillows. - Shower with strong water pressure and good temperature control. - Desk with easily accessible power points. - Normal coat hangers, not those ridiculously fiddly anti-theft ones. - Great range of toiletries, including a proper bar of soap. - A door that actually stays open. - Light switches which don’t require you to insert a card. - Well-stocked minibar. - Really fluffy towels. But most importantly, the hotel has a wonderful team of staff. Everyone I spoke to was genuinely friendly and helpful, from the front desk team to the housekeeper I had to apologise to for checking out a teeny weeny bit late. There are a lot of larger (and much more expensive) hotels that could learn plenty from the team at Hamilton’s Heartland Ambassador Hotel. Thank you so much!

Great 3 night stay at the Ambassador. We were down for a 2 day bowling tournament at Frankton Junction which Ambassador sponsored. This allowed us to get a discount on our accommodation. Very good units, good air conditioning as it was very very cold. The breakfast/restaurant chef and waitress were lovely and friendly. Very welcoming in the mornings. Thank you for a great stay.

The room was spacious and very clean. I had everything I needed for my two night stay. Would definitely stay again.
