great personal service. great parking, full service hotel for managua.

I had an enjoyable couple of nights staying here and despite it not being near any main sights would consider again, given some of the relaxing facilities. I arrived late in the evening and the welcome from reception was great, with the staff member speaking really good English, which isn’t the case elsewhere in the hotel. My room was spacious, overlooking the front of the hotel which made for a silent night’s sleep. There was no fridge in the room but the air-conditioning was good, if a little noisy. The lighting options were cosy and would make it a comfortable space even for an extended stay. Pillows on the large bed were amazing and the sleep quality outstanding. The bathroom was a little more dated but still spacious enough with lots of storage space, and the shower over the bath had decent power. One of the best aspects was the outdoor pool, which had a nice number of loungers and also a bar. It was a great space to relax in with the music providing a good atmosphere and it was never overly busy either. The outdoor section of the restaurant nearby was also a good area to dine. Service time of the food was a bit slow but that just helped to make it a relaxing experience! There was a seemingly constant stream of events taking place, from conferences and weddings, meaning the lobby area was always a hive of activity. There’s also a large fridge opposite reception selling a variety of drinks and beers which is handy given the lack of nearby facilities. Overall is was a comfortable hotel which provided a relaxing stay. If you’re not wanting to be immediately close to major sights then it’s certainly worth considering and is a good value option.

Good Afternoon Holiday INN Managua ,  Below will be explained a series of events of negative experience The last one is the Worst.  1. When we arrived we were not greeted or helped with Luggage and made us wait before getting help with our reservation  2. We requested room service and the Drink we requested was incorrect , we requested Coke but they sent us Diet Coke instead despite making the clarification during the call  3. We tried to use the Bath tub , however it did not work  4. I went to reception and confirmed if the event I was attending to was being hosted in that Location or if another hotel (Holiday INN Express) and they did not know , they were unable to confirm  5. At 2:30 PM one of the Cleaning Lady went room by room knocking on each door and yelling is someone there ? Causing High Discomfort Other Guests also complained about this 6. The worst part was that they have an employee asking at Random ( Not to all guest) if we had paid breakfast. We understood why it was being asked but he went immediately to check with Reception it was true , and in the middle of putting food onto our plate , he stated that it was not true and that we had not paid my wife confronted him and went to reception and they were able to confirm they had made a mistake. They did not apologize for making a Scene , they made us feel very bad and caused a scene that everyone was looking at us as if we had done something wrong , customer service was awful above everything  7. Reception did not speak english , they had to request a supervisor to confirm our reservation did include breakfast
