The villas have an extraordinary view. The gardens in May are very flowery and well maintained. Two large superb swimming pools. The villas must be rented by RBNB or by BVN Nicaragua or others. The villas are very close to the center. Just above and the bay show is beautiful

If you are looking to stay right in San Juan del sur than this might be ok for you. It’s walking distance. Although it’s a steep walk up! The units are nice enough. Ours had a small private pool. The restaurant is closed and the main community pool is closed, which we didn’t know and they were listed on the Airbnb listing. Our son slept on the foldout sofa and found a scorpion in his bed. I guess that’s Nica for you.

Resort was NO resort! No restaurant, No bar, dirty pool, no lounge chairs set up, sandstone pool deck literally falling apart, not safe to walk on. Staff-extremely unfriendly and unhelpful! Expect $20-$30 taxi if you just want to leave the property and go a few blocks. We paid for 2 nights and didn’t even stay!
