This hotel has the worst service, I have ever experienced. Not able to book a table in any restaurants, all trainees in the reception, nobody to pick up the suitcases when you arrive. They don t even have technicians in the weekends, to fix electrical problems in the rooms.

We had a horrible experience with the Airbnb we had booked and we called Hotel Continental and were able to find beautiful rooms. The facility was high quality, staff at all levels were extremely professional and helpful and the buffet breakfasts were fantastic. The location is right in City Centre and easy to get everywhere. Sadly disenchanted. Initially, we were impressed by the location and hotel appeared fairly elegant. Then, I was almost double charged for lunch if I did not pay attention to the bill!! Unacceptable! Then housekeeping neglected to put face clothes in the bathroom and I pointed this out to reception and suggested the evening housekeeper rectify this yet they did not. We are celebrating our 21st anniversary and sadly no special hospitality- in fact when I suggested a bottle of champagne or wine I was promptly informed “ NO ALCOHOL” - only petit fors 😂 Have to just say I would have given a one star but bartender Ole was wonderful. Gracious and informative.
