In the center of the village, close to the pier for the free tour of the three islands. Reception is on one side of the street and the rooms are on the other. Since there is no elevator, there are stairs even to the first floor. Spacious room with a view of the bay. Comfortable beds, hot shower that is easy to adjust. Abundant savory and sweet breakfast.

I rented this hotel for two nights with my girlfriend. It was very expensive, 100 euros a night. Unfortunately, even at this high price, basic services like sleep were not included. We were given a room centrally located above a local dive for pathology. For the second day in a row, very loud music was playing outside my window, and drunk and aggressive people were shouting. They were fighting and passing out right before my eyes (this is my first time in Norway, and I didn't expect such sights in this country on my first day). Yesterday, it lasted until 2 a.m., or even longer. Today, the filthy people are still standing around, shouting, howling, and making other loud noises, and there's no telling when it will end. Instead of sleeping, I'm writing this review. It's 3 a.m. I tried to report the problem to the front desk multiple times, the first time at 10 p.m. Unfortunately, the woman (I don't remember her name) wasn't interested in helping. Only when I pressed her further and reminded her how much a night at this "hotel" cost did she get to work and start looking for another room for us. She said the only room she could find was in a completely different building, and I could move there. Due to my poor health, I refused to go outside in the middle of the cold night. When I returned to the reception, frustrated, they suddenly found us another room in the same building. Unfortunately, it wasn't any better, with loud music and local pathology outside the window. When I returned to the reception later, she refused to help me further. I asked her to call the police for breaking the curfew at 2:30 AM, but she refused, and she also refused to call the property manager. My problem was never resolved, and no one even tried to resolve it. In my opinion, this treatment is likely a result of racism and was done deliberately. I'm not surprised by the low ratings for this property; it's not even suitable for a homeless shelter. All I can do is inform booking.com and wait until 8 a.m. for the manager to call and ask for a refund.
