🧭 Location: Excellent location. A few minutes' walk from the seafront and the town hall. 🏢 Property: Common areas of a good standard. In the rooms, the furniture shows signs of wear, in an overall look that appears rather anonymous. Bathroom underwhelming for a 4-star hotel. Adequate cleaning. 🛎 Services: Dinner: Fixed menu (1 soup, 1 main course, 1 dessert), no choice. Small portions. Breakfast: Average.

Stayed in a double room. The room was narrow and small. The bathroom was too small. Rooms were listened. The gym was well equipped. Big plus. Breakfast was fine. Expected greater selection and that staff were faster to fill when certain items went empty. Very central with short distance to most.

Located in the town center, near the pier where the small Sundbaten ferry departs, it is a decent hotel even if it is more of a three-star than a four-star. The room was sufficiently spacious.
