The hotel is very well located, right in front of two fjords, with stunning views. In the oldest part, the rooms are spacious but require renovation and small arrangements. Breakfast is special because of the variety of options and the view of the lounge. The employees are friendly.

This is a wonderful old hotel with tons of charm. We stayed in the "new" wing. Not so new. Loved the spacious balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure is good. Negatives. No fridge nor safe in the room. Bathroom lacks shelves. Toilet seat does not stay up for men or women. The breakfast and dinner buffets are nice. No omelet station. Just a premade omelet. No scrambled eggs. Lots of choices for my gluten free dinner. Loved the Reindeer meat one night. Plenty of choices. Beautiful town with great activities nearby

Absolutely horrible ! Rooms were not renovated from last century. Food is way below average. This is not 4 star hotel, it’s a max 2 star. In addition staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Worst hotel experience in our life. Strongly not recommend.
