I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and helpful service from the entire team. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Stopped for 3 days on the way to Far East. This place is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. We asked for early check-in, late check-out which the hotel was able to facilitate. Got back to my query from the UK within 10 minutes. Had an excellent meal at the in-hotel Shiraz. Nothing was too much trouble for staff, free shuttle bus to the muscat souk. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very happy! Thankyou!
