My recent stay at the Palau Royal Resort from August 4 to 8 for an official trip was nothing short of exceptional. Welcomed us with top-tier, five-star service upon our late arrival at 02:00 AM, making us feel instantly at home. 2. Carlos = Front Desk. Provided a smooth, highly professional, and welcoming check-in experience. 3. Tim = Front Desk . Housekeeping / Support Promptly and efficiently delivered essential room supplies immediately upon our late-night arrival. 4. Darwin, Rita, & Princess = Waves Restaurant. Exhibited outstanding hospitality and attentive service during our dining experiences. 5. Rita, Princess = Breeze Bar. Delivered exceptional service across both venues, always with a warm and attentive attitude.

Amazing location, great island atmosphere. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, very good value.
